CERTIFIED WINE-GROWING

I’ve been taking care of this little half-hectare vineyard for about 15 years. I started making wine in 2022, and my first wine, a Valpolicella, has received SQNPI certification. The Ripasso and the Amarone are still in the barrels; we’re waiting for them.

QUALITY GRAPES

Near my home, I grow three varieties of grapes: Corvina/Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. The vineyard is managed and maintained by hand for the most part, with complete respect for the rhythms of nature.

MANUAL HARVEST

We start harvesting the first bunches around mid-September. The grapes are selected, harvested by hand and carefully placed in small crates to dry out. It’s a slow process, carried out with love.

A GUIDED EXPERIENCE

Our sommelier guides the tasting of our wines, in an informal, convivial atmosphere. We can’t wait to let you try our Valpolicella, perhaps with a selection of local charcuterie and cheeses.
